1.How is the quality of your tires? Truck tires run 100,000 km,(50,000 miles) at least. Car tires and SUV tires run at least 60000 kms(37000miles)
2. Do you get any certified certificates from USA , Europe and other countries? Yes, we get the DOT, E4-54,E4-117, CCC certificates from USA, Europe, China. and some other certificates and inspection: GSO, SONCAP, intertek, SGS.
3. Is there any further discount for the tires price? Yes ! The further discount will be offered when you contact us and inform us the order quantity and sizes in details
4. What is the warranty for the tires? Truck tires with one year warranty Car tires and SUV tires with three years warranty.
5. What are the payment terms? 30% as deposit and the balance against the BL copy after shipment. LC at sight Trade Assurance
6. How long can you make the delivery once the order confirmed? For truck tires, 7~14 days will be delivered after the deposit received. For car tires and SUV tires, the order will shipped around 20~25 days after the deposit received
7. Can I order several sizes in one containers? Of course, you can order several sizes in the 1 containers. While the biggest sizes range for car tires and SUV tires are 10 sizes list.
8. Can you mixing loading with other goods to save the unit cost of shipping? We can offer the mixing loading for the tires and rims, tube, and other products for you.
